Fruit-N-Ice BIB granita mix is a shelf stable product packed in a 3 gallon Bag in a Box. It does not require being frozen or refrigerated and has an average shelf life of 12 months which can be prolonged if stored in a cool dry place.
We offer over 18 addictive flavors which will keep your customers coming back for more. Fruit-N-Ice BIB granita mix is for use with an autofill system which uses 4:1 ratio brix pumps.
Most Fruit-N-Ice Granita Mix flavors are OK Kosher certified.
